I’m an over-caffeinated writer, editor, social media savant, and recently converted Oxford comma user. Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. In second grade, I wrote that I love writing about “the real thing,” so it’s no surprise I chose to major in print and digital journalism in college.
I graduated from Penn State University in 2016 and have worked both in the newspaper and marketing industries in the Albany, New York area. I pride myself on turning complex topics into readable, digestible pieces of content. I’ve covered higher education, health care, and crime as a reporter, but my passion lies in content marketing.
I truly believe in the power of strong marketing—it evokes emotion and persuades us to take that crucial next step. That’s how I approach everything I write—whether it’s a blog post, an advertisement, a tweet, or a landing page, it has the power to change the course of our lives. That mindset, combined with the curiosity, credibility, and tenacity of a journalist, has made me a well-rounded professional with the ability to turn any thought or idea into a beautifully executed story.
When I’m not tapping away at my keyboard, you’ll find me re-watching episodes of The Office or petting the closest dog.
